Routine Site Inspections
You will have a dedicated roof technician handle the regular maintenance of your commercial roof, bi-annual or annual. Rooftop will be cleaned and inspected, preventing large capital expenditures.
Removal of Debris
The roof technician will remove surface pollutants, clean around drains and down pipes, and clear standing water on your roof.
Minor Repairs
Small issues are quickly detected and repaired before they become more a costly repair.
Roof Warranties
Annual roof inspection is required to hold your roof warranty by the manufacturer. Our roof technician will validate the warranty during the annual or bi-annual site inspection at no extra cost.
Documented
Upon completion of the site inspection, your dedicated roof technician will provide you with a comprehensive roof report including specifications of roof surface, record of all repairs and maintenance completed, and a proposal for any work beyond not to exceed.
